Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuel Vigário in the 29th minute of play forced Sabadim Harammes PRD's goalkeeper Alfredo Manso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th minute, Julião Amaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Altamora FC's Alípio Franco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cássio Cortez in the 36th minute of play. In the 62nd minute, Alcino França got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alfredo Manso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Vigário in the 66th minute of the match. Alfredo Manso came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Altamora FC's Manuel Vigário. But to his dismay, Manuel Vigário quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Altamora FC's Alípio Franco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Altamora FC from getting a goal against them. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sabadim Harammes PRD's goalkeeper Alfredo Manso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
