Spectators: 190 (Terracing: 143, Seating: 44, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Júlio Seabra took the kick off in the first half of the match. Albertino Leão lost his temper 3 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 3 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for KINGS FC! Germano Tristão had in the 5thth minute some difficulties stopping Marco Matos's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 5 minutes into the game, Marco Matos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Germano Tristão was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 8thth minute of the game Manuel Vigário who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KINGS FC's Germano Tristão was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of KINGS FC booed when Altamora FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ronaldo Espírito Santo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 17th minute Virgílio Moita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alípio Franco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Altamora FC's Alípio Franco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Altamora FC from getting a goal against them. When Manuel Vigário came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Altamora FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manuel Vigário couldn't finish the play. Januário Durães received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Alípio Franco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 36 minutes, Adélio Bacelar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KINGS FC and the Altamora FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 36th minute, Adélio Bacelar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 38th minute Manuel Vigário shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Germano Tristão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Germano Tristão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Vigário, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. KINGS FC's Germano Tristão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronaldo Espírito Santo in the 43rd minute of play. In the 44th minute, Américo Moura ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alípio Franco was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Manuel Vigário was the one to do the kick off. Isidro Contera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Germano Tristão having to interfere. Alípio Franco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Américo Moura, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Manuel Vigário got free with Germano Tristão in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, KINGS FC's Germano Tristão got control of the ball when Manuel Vigário tried to sneak it across the goal line. Germano Tristão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Vigário, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Alípio Franco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Américo Moura in the 95th minute of the match.
