Spectators: 195 (Terracing: 147, Seating: 45, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Lázaro Oliveira kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute Henrique Benevides shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delfim Vilas Boas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 5th play minutes Lázaro Oliveira shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Silvério Domingues and just under the crossbar into goal. MZ Fénix's Lázaro Oliveira got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Lázaro Oliveira came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the MZ Fénix fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lázaro Oliveira couldn't finish the play. A sloppy throw-in by Evandro Sardinha in the 17th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by MZ Fénix's Rubim Jesus. MZ Fénix's Nicolas Queirós managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Hermenegildo Lucena in the 20 minute of the game. Lázaro Oliveira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 21 minutes into the game, Lázaro Oliveira recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Silvério Domingues. Lázaro Oliveira showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. After a rather tough play, Machados FC V2's Evandro Sardinha got a free kick in the 24th minute. When Lázaro Oliveira came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the MZ Fénix fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lázaro Oliveira couldn't finish the play. When the match had been going on for 30 minutes, MZ Fénix's Manuel Rego got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Silvério Domingues. In the 33rd minute, Lázaro Oliveira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Silvério Domingues was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. A collision led to MZ Fénix getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Carlos Castelo Branco hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Lázaro Oliveira kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Silvério Domingues. That made the score 5-0 in the 43 minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, Machados FC V2's goalkeeper Silvério Domingues had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lázaro Oliveira. The supporters of MZ Fénix booed when Machados FC V2 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabrício Aires didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fabrício Aires to make the kick off. After 53 minutes of play, MZ Fénix's Lázaro Oliveira made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Silvério Domingues was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match clock showed 56 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Lázaro Oliveira sped through Machados FC V2's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Silvério Domingues. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Nicolas Queirós managed to get in a good position for a shot. MZ Fénix's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicolas Queirós was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Silvério Domingues breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Machados FC V2 defense, Lázaro Oliveira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Silvério Domingues. The Machados FC V2 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Silvério Domingues should have stopped the shot. After 70 minutes of play, MZ Fénix's Carlos Castelo Branco made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Silvério Domingues was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Machados FC V2 booed when MZ Fénix was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rubim Jesus didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 75 minutes, Manuel Rego mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MZ Fénix and the Machados FC V2 players grew even worse after the yellow card. Carlos Castelo Branco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Silvério Domingues tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lázaro Oliveira might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Silvério Domingues. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lázaro Oliveira ran back to his position shaking his head. Lázaro Oliveira scored 11-0 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Silvério Domingues, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 93 minutes, Lázaro Oliveira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MZ Fénix's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lázaro Oliveira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. MZ Fénix's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
