After a rather tough play, Atlético Micaelense's Jorge Ferrão got a free kick in the 6th minute. 13 minutes into the game, Hermano Amaro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Atlético Micaelense's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tasso FC the free kick. Hermano Amaro kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Atlético Micaelense's defense didn't have a chance, in the 17th minute, when Benedicto Quin scored to the left of an out of position Alexandre Paixão, making the score, 1-0. Pinto Valer kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. 22 minutes into the game, Benedicto Quin recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alexandre Paixão. Benedicto Quin showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Monte Lobato made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torcato Paião in the 25th minute of play. Benedicto Quin kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. After 28 played minutes Atlético Micaelense got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Ferrão. After a rather tough play, Atlético Micaelense's Hermano Amaro got a free kick in the 30th minute. In the 32nd minute, Benedicto Quin made a precise shot to the right of Alexandre Paixão. Atlético Micaelense's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Telmo Maia hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Machado Assis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tasso FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Machado Assis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexandre Paixão breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Benedicto Quin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alexandre Paixão having to make a save. Atlético Micaelense's Alexandre Paixão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benedicto Quin in the 39th minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, Atlético Micaelense's Jorge Eanes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Monte Lobato narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Benedicto Quin made a kick off. Cassiano Albuquerque kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. A collision led to Atlético Micaelense getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Jorge Eanes hit a great ball. 55 minutes into the match, Atlético Micaelense's goal looked a bit too open when Machado Assis came free, but Alexandre Paixão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tasso FC's Monte Lobato played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torcato Paião in the 61st minute of play. Alcides Lobo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 64thth minute tested the skills of Monte Lobato when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Alexandre Paixão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benedicto Quin in the 65th minute of the match. Alexandre Paixão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benedicto Quin in the 69th minute of play. Severiano Torcato sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benedicto Quin scored 4-0 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alexandre Paixão, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tasso FC's Benedicto Quin got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tasso FC's Chu Tasso was substituted for Benedicto Quin. 90 minutes into the match, Atlético Micaelense's goal looked a bit too open when Chu Tasso came free, but Alexandre Paixão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alcides Lobo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the referee ended the match the Tasso FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
