Tasso FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Chu Tasso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vítor Damas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Chu Tasso might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vítor Damas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Chu Tasso ran back to his position shaking his head. After 15 minutes of play, Tasso FC's Chu Tasso made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vítor Damas was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 20th minute 狄夕远 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Monte Lobato saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 21 played minutes Tasso FC got a freekick which was hit by Diego Antunes. Vítor Damas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chu Tasso in the 23rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 狄夕远 in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Monte Lobato prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Tasso FC getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Isaio Cobarrubias hit a great ball. Tasso FC's Monte Lobato played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 狄夕远 in the 34th minute of play. A hard shot 36 in the game by Rafael Bouzas from a close distance when the talented Monte Lobato managed to make a qualified save. Tasso FC's players were relieved. Monte Lobato showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 狄夕远, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Esquadrão Lusitano's goalkeeper Vítor Damas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Tasso FC's Pinto Valer got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Vítor Damas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chu Tasso in the 47th minute of the match. After the first half Tasso FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Chu Tasso to make the kick off. Monte Lobato took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 狄夕远, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If 狄夕远 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
