In the 12th minute Dobromir Dobrowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delfim Vieira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, ALF⚽RNEL⚽S FC's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Anastasi came free, but Delfim Vieira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Bruno Andrade could shoot a difficult shot in the 18th minute, which Delfim Vieira however easily saved by the left post. Ambrosio Gaskon might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Reginaldo Frois. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ambrosio Gaskon ran back to his position shaking his head. Reginaldo Frois made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ambrosio Gaskon in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Sérgio Carmona hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 41st minute, Ambrosio Gaskon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ALF⚽RNEL⚽S FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. 45 minutes into the game, Ladoeiro No RuleZ FC 2010's Dobromir Dobrowski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Delfim Vieira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when André Quintas made the kick off in the second half. Reginaldo Frois showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ambrosio Gaskon in the 58th minute of the match. Reginaldo Frois didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when ALF⚽RNEL⚽S FC's André Quintas shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-2 in the ordered_time% minute. The coaching staff of ALF⚽RNEL⚽S FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Fernando Lustosa had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Delfim Vieira had in the 78thth minute some difficulties stopping Mariano Queirós's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After some careless play in the ALF⚽RNEL⚽S FC defense, Mariano Queirós kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Delfim Vieira. The ALF⚽RNEL⚽S FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Delfim Vieira should have stopped the shot. With an all-out effort, ALF⚽RNEL⚽S FC's Reginaldo Frois threw himself towards the right post 92 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ambrosio Gaskon, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Reginaldo Frois made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ambrosio Gaskon in the 95th minute of play. ALF⚽RNEL⚽S FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
