AM United's Xavier Modesto got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hildeberto Ramalho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Octávio Calado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 14 minutes into the match, AM United's goal looked a bit too open when Octávio Calado came free, but Hildeberto Ramalho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th minute of the match Tutti Mammati got a corner. AM United's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dimas Figueiras ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Dimas Figueiras almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but AM United's Hildeberto Ramalho did a great save. After a rather tough play, AM United's Alexandre Soares got a free kick in the 17th minute. After a defensive mix-up in AM United's zone, Dimas Figueiras stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hildeberto Ramalho came out of the goal and Dimas Figueiras tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hildeberto Ramalho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Octávio Calado in the 19th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the game, Yuri Palhares was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AM United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tutti Mammati the free kick. Yuri Palhares kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Octávio Calado's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hildeberto Ramalho was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. 23 minutes into the match, Rogério Ávila notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of AM United's Hildeberto Ramalho. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Armindo Viana was the one to do the kick off. Xavier Modesto hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Gastão Antunes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xavier Modesto in the 54th minute of play. Tutti Mammati's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
