If Graciano Flores had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leonardo Valido's late challenge caught a Campus Douro Academy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leonardo Valido helped the player get up and apologised. Leonardo Valido kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. 40 minutes into the game, Graciano Flores cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Vicente Paixão was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 44th minute, Américo Ramires made a precise shot to the right of Vicente Paixão. Gremio Viana's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. After 47 minutes, Luis Alberto Brandao mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gremio Viana and the Campus Douro Academy players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Campus Douro Academy booed when Gremio Viana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luis Alberto Brandao didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Carlos Luna to strike the kick off in the second half. 范坤迅 made in the 56th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Gremio Viana's Leonardo Valido. Vicente Paixão came out of the goal and Teófilo Trigueiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Gremio Viana fans' excitement grew in the 70th match minute when Gremio Viana's Carlos Luna looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Vicente Paixão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Américo Ramires, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vicente Paixão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teófilo Trigueiro in the 80th minute of play. In the 84th minute Américo Ramires shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicente Paixão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 85th minute, Luis Alberto Brandao hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 88th minute, Américo Ramires made a precise shot to the right of Vicente Paixão. Gremio Viana's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Vicente Paixão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Graciano Flores in the 91st minute of play. In the 91st minute, Graciano Flores ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vicente Paixão was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. Vicente Paixão didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Graciano Flores went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score. Campus Douro Academy walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
