Pedro Haaland started the match with the kick off. After 5 minutes, Palmiro Picasso made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Chihuahua StrikerS™'s Idalécio Rego tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Gentil Miranda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Haaland, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Pau Nas Canelas's Gentil Miranda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Haaland in the 13th minute of play. Gentil Miranda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hipólito Campos in the 18th minute of the match. Hélio Paião could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Gentil Miranda made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Palmiro Picasso in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Idalécio Rego prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 28th minute Pedro Haaland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gentil Miranda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Palmiro Picasso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Idalécio Rego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Palmiro Picasso in the 32nd minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Palmiro Picasso was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Huang Yu Kun in the 52nd minute of play forced Chihuahua StrikerS™'s goalkeeper Idalécio Rego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gentil Miranda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hipólito Campos in the 58th minute of play. Idalécio Rego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edinho Moraes in the 60th minute of play. Edinho Moraes hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Gentil Miranda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Haaland in the 64th minute of the match. 75 minutes into the game, Palmiro Picasso recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Idalécio Rego. Palmiro Picasso showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. Palmiro Picasso had several of the Chihuahua StrikerS™'s defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 79 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-5 score and a disappointed Idalécio Rego as he didn't even see the shot coming. After 86 played minutes Pau Nas Canelas got a freekick which was hit by Nunez Sasoin. Pedro Aires made in the 89th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Flávio Perdigão immediately put the ball in play. Palmiro Picasso who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 93rdth minute tested the skills of Idalécio Rego when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Although Chihuahua StrikerS™ had been in control for most of the match, Pau Nas Canelas still came away with the win.
