In the 8th minute of the match José Gonçalves shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Viriato Amaro showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. David Nogueira lost his temper 13 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 13th minute, David Nogueira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 16th minute José Gonçalves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Viriato Amaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dércio Leão succeeded in the game's 24th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. The crowd rose to their feet as José Gonçalves kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Viriato Amaro. That made the score 4-1 in the 39 minute of play. Viriato Amaro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Afonso Sacadura's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. After 43 played minutes Benficajuvestars got a freekick which was hit by Kevin Fidalgo. Afonso Sacadura did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 6-1 to the left of a surprised Viriato Amaro 48 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 61stth minute of the game Afonso Sacadura who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Benficajuvestars's Viriato Amaro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 63 played minutes ZEZOM TEAM got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Sesimbra. 65 minutes into the game, António Pegado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Benficajuvestars's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ZEZOM TEAM the free kick. Benficajuvestars's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Afonso Sacadura was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-1. Fabiano Peixoto charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fabiano Peixoto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 75th minute, Fabiano Peixoto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benficajuvestars's Viriato Amaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Afonso Sacadura in the 78th minute of play. In the 80th minute, Hipólito Brito made a precise shot to the right of Viriato Amaro. Benficajuvestars's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-1. 84 minutes into the game, Hipólito Brito cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-1. Viriato Amaro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Viriato Amaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hipólito Brito in the 89th minute of play. In the 91st minute, Afonso Sacadura ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Viriato Amaro was frozen by the shot and now it was 11-1. Viriato Amaro came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by ZEZOM TEAM's Hipólito Brito. But to his dismay, Hipólito Brito quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 12-1. In the 99th minute, Hipólito Brito ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Viriato Amaro was frozen by the shot and now it was 13-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Benficajuvestars players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for ZEZOM TEAM.
