KINDERUZ's Manuel Neuer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aristides Espírito Santo in the 31st minute of play. The corner ended in Abel Trigueiro almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but KINDERUZ's Manuel Neuer did a great save. Aparício Azeredo hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. After having played for 61 minutes, Flávio Esparteiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SLB TELHA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Flávio Esparteiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nivaldo Pessoa got free with Manuel Neuer in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Manuel Neuer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nivaldo Pessoa in the 67th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nivaldo Pessoa in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Manuel Neuer saved KINDERUZ from getting behind. The shot was stopped by Manuel Neuer but with some difficulty. After 70 minutes of play, SLB TELHA's Aristides Espírito Santo made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Manuel Neuer was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Gonçalo Neiva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manuel Neuer didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aristides Espírito Santo went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. With a little luck, KINDERUZ's Manuel Neuer got control of the ball when Nivaldo Pessoa tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 80th minute Nivaldo Pessoa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Neuer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 82nd minute Carlos Pacheco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abílio Gois saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, KINDERUZ's Vítor Nunes got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Abel Trigueiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Manuel Neuer made a huge save. Manuel Neuer came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by SLB TELHA's Gonçalo Neiva. But to his dismay, Gonçalo Neiva quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. SLB TELHA's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
