Elias Rocha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 11th minute, Nivaldo Pessoa made a precise shot to the right of Serafim Salvado. SC Freiburg 09's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. After a rather tough play, SC Freiburg 09's Gervásio Pinto got a free kick in the 15th minute. In the 19th minute Nivaldo Pessoa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafim Salvado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Serafim Salvado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aristides Espírito Santo, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. The supporters of SLB TELHA booed when SC Freiburg 09 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Augusto Lousada didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match clock showed 27 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Nivaldo Pessoa sped through SC Freiburg 09's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Serafim Salvado. Aristides Espírito Santo took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Serafim Salvado. Serafim Salvado dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. The audience was convinced that Nivaldo Pessoa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Serafim Salvado was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flávio Esparteiro in the 34th minute of play forced SC Freiburg 09's goalkeeper Serafim Salvado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Serafim Salvado came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by SLB TELHA's Nivaldo Pessoa. But to his dismay, Nivaldo Pessoa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. 48 minutes into the game, SLB TELHA's Ilídio Braga nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Serafim Salvado made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-8.

The crowd rose to their feet as Aristides Espírito Santo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Serafim Salvado. That made the score 0-9 in the 55 minute of play. After a rather tough play, SLB TELHA's Flávio Esparteiro got a free kick in the 63rd minute. 67 minutes into the game, Flávio Esparteiro recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Serafim Salvado. Flávio Esparteiro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-11. Augusto Lousada hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. 89 minutes into the match, Aristides Espírito Santo notched a goal, 0-14, to the right of SC Freiburg 09's Serafim Salvado. Serafim Salvado was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Serafim Salvado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gonçalo Neiva in the 95th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in SC Freiburg 09's zone, Aristides Espírito Santo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Serafim Salvado came out of the goal and Aristides Espírito Santo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The SC Freiburg 09 fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. SLB TELHA were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
