After 17 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for ToonSoldiers FC! Mátyás Papp had in the 19thth minute some difficulties stopping Ray Sotelo's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. ToonSoldiers FC's Mátyás Papp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lauri Niit in the 20th minute of play. Alexander Roikjer charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alexander Roikjer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mátyás Papp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Taniel Maasar in the 23rd minute of play. FC Minerva Tallinn's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ray Sotelo in the 24th minute. A nice corner shot did that Ray Sotelo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Mátyás Papp quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 29th minute, ToonSoldiers FC's Henry Aronsson dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ray Sotelo in the 31st minute of play forced ToonSoldiers FC's goalkeeper Mátyás Papp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Johannes Verte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alessandro Coviello in the 39th minute of the match. When Luis Alberto Spinetta fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Minerva Tallinn's protests and gave Luis Alberto Spinetta a yellow card for diving instead. In the 40th minute, Luis Alberto Spinetta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mátyás Papp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Taniel Maasar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Henry Aronsson to make the kick off. Paavo Kaiklem sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mátyás Papp was out of position in the 63 minute of play, and Beppe Di Campli capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Beppe Di Campli really showed his touch with that goal: 4-3. Ray Sotelo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Mátyás Papp made a huge save. After a rather tough play, ToonSoldiers FC's Alexander Roikjer got a free kick in the 76th minute. In the 77th minute, FC Minerva Tallinn's Lauri Niit dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-4. Alexander Roikjer kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Martin Vaarandi kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. FC Minerva Tallinn's Ray Sotelo got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Beppe Di Campli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. ToonSoldiers FC's Mátyás Papp proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save ToonSoldiers FC from getting a goal against them. Beppe Di Campli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Mátyás Papp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match was over FC Minerva Tallinn could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than ToonSoldiers FC throughout the match.
