When Munro Wood came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Chelsea Headhunters fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Munro Wood couldn't finish the play. In the 7th minute Gregor Simpson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brian Lambert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Chelsea Headhunters's Davie McQuaire got control of the ball when Igor Sanchez tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 22ndth minute of the game Munro Wood who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s Brian Lambert was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Chelsea Headhunters's Edward Farquharson got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 27th minute, Douglas Jamieson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Davie McQuaire stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Igor Sanchez's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Harry McCuish hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Leo Burns took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Davie McQuaire. Davie McQuaire dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Chelsea Headhunters's Davie McQuaire played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Freddy Lowe in the 35th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Chelsea Headhunters's goal looked a bit too open when Elói Alagoano came free, but Davie McQuaire reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, Andrew Brookman notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Chelsea Headhunters's Davie McQuaire. Davie McQuaire was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Chelsea Headhunters's Davie McQuaire played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrew Brookman in the 43rd minute of play. In the 45th minute of the match, Freddy Lowe tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Davie McQuaire saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Davie McQuaire came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s Kevin Crouch. But to his dismay, Kevin Crouch quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Elói Alagoano in the 65th minute of play forced Chelsea Headhunters's goalkeeper Davie McQuaire to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Alexander Finlay dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Brian Lambert, 6-1. 71 minutes into the match, Igor Sanchez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Davie McQuaire. Chelsea Headhunters's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Igor Sanchez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-1. Igor Sanchez scored 8-1 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Davie McQuaire, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 77 minutes into the game, Igor Sanchez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-1. Davie McQuaire was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Igor Sanchez scored 10-1 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Davie McQuaire, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 83rd minute Elói Alagoano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Davie McQuaire saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elói Alagoano charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elói Alagoano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Chelsea Headhunters booed when Lisburn Distillery F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elói Alagoano didn't get a good kick on the ball. 93 minutes into the match, Igor Sanchez notched a goal, 12-1, to the right of Chelsea Headhunters's Davie McQuaire. Davie McQuaire was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lisburn Distillery F.C. walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
