With a little luck, PHOENIX SC's Fathoni Birowo got control of the ball when Nana Arwana tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bestone 716 - Jakarta's Sahala Ginting played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Holin Probohudono in the 39th minute of play. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 69 minutes into the match, Bestone 716 - Jakarta's goalkeeper Sahala Ginting had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kamarudin Simatupang. In the 70th minute of the match PHOENIX SC got a corner. Bestone 716 - Jakarta's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lucky Sihite ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Lucky Sihite almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Bestone 716 - Jakarta's Sahala Ginting did a great save. 73 minutes into the game, PHOENIX SC's Holin Probohudono nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sahala Ginting made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. The audience thought a goal was coming when Holin Probohudono got free with Sahala Ginting in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 83rd minute Yanto Chaniago shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fathoni Birowo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Holin Probohudono could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Sahala Ginting made a huge save. Yanto Chaniago fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fathoni Birowo having to interfere. If Nana Arwana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Bestone 716 - Jakarta supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching PHOENIX SC's performance. The match ended with a win for PHOENIX SC.
