After 17 minutes, Zafran Hsi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the JEMBer UTara and the Qatar Dust Kickers players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 17th minute, one of JEMBer UTara:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for JEMBer UTara. Mekki Pink went to the wrong direction when Hocine Barbarossa was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Cheb Brahami kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. If Rafet Nesip had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Qatar Dust Kickers's Jussef Zemmamouche played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafet Nesip in the 27th minute of play. Sofiane Amri's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Mekki Pink firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 32nd minute Rafet Nesip shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jussef Zemmamouche saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sofiane Amri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 40th play minutes Rafet Nesip shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Jussef Zemmamouche and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 44th minute, Cheb Brahami hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 45th minute, Rafet Nesip made a precise shot to the right of Jussef Zemmamouche. Qatar Dust Kickers's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. The Qatar Dust Kickers players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. JEMBer UTara were winning 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rafet Nesip stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Rafet Nesip's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jussef Zemmamouche was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. Qatar Dust Kickers's Jussef Zemmamouche played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafet Nesip in the 91st minute of play. If Sofiane Amri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Qatar Dust Kickers defense, Rafet Nesip kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jussef Zemmamouche. The Qatar Dust Kickers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jussef Zemmamouche should have stopped the shot.
