Kjønstad BF's Abelardo Odon managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Jøran Friberg in the 11 minute of the game. In the 17th minute Fredrik Molland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jarle Volden saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kjønstad BF's attentive Abelardo Odon managed to snatch the ball when Jøran Friberg made a throw-in in the 25th minute of the game. 25 minutes into the match, Toma Lechev had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rodrigo Huilipan. Suleskard's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Toma Lechev was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The Kjønstad BF fans' excitement grew in the 29th match minute when Kjønstad BF's Toma Lechev looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Tamer Aksel kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. After 36 played minutes, Suleskard's Michel Lahm shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jarle Volden came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Suleskard reached it. Jarle Volden took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fredrik Molland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Toma Lechev was the one to do the kick off. After 57 minutes, Kenneth Rognerud mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Suleskard and the Kjønstad BF players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 57 played minutes Suleskard got a freekick which was hit by Kenneth Rognerud. Jøran Friberg kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Jøran Friberg hit a great ball. Rodrigo Huilipan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thor Gaarder in the 75th minute of the match. Kjønstad BF's Nils-Arne Solevåg was substituted for Thor Gaarder. Kjønstad BF made a substitution. Jørund Leira replaced Ulises Otsoko. The throw-in from Jøran Friberg in the 79th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Kjønstad BF's Abelardo Odon. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Reidar Nordhaug in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rodrigo Huilipan saved Suleskard from getting behind. In the 84th minute, Kjønstad BF's Reidar Nordhaug dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. The supporters of Suleskard booed when Kjønstad BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tamer Aksel didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 91st minute Reidar Nordhaug shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodrigo Huilipan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chants of Kjønstad BF echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Suleskard had held the ball for most of the match.
