Fabian Lundberg showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. The supporters of Rock Hard FC booed when Cheeky Nuts United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armas Heinola didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hans-Petter Fonn charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hans-Petter Fonn the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Hans-Petter Fonn hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Frode Brataas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Armas Heinola in the 11th minute. A hard shot 16 in the game by Fabian Lundberg from a close distance when the talented Frode Brataas managed to make a qualified save. Rock Hard FC's players were relieved. After 17 minutes Rock Hard FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Armas Heinola who took care of the corner kick. In the 19th minute Fabian Lundberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frode Brataas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Armas Heinola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frode Brataas having to interfere. When Hans-Petter Fonn came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Rock Hard FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hans-Petter Fonn couldn't finish the play. Frode Brataas was out of position in the 30 minute of play, and Fabian Lundberg capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Fabian Lundberg really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. If Jiang Sha Lei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee felt a red card was in order, 47 minutes into the game, when Rikard Herdlevær put in a rough tackle. Rikard Herdlevær hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. 48 minutes into the match, Rock Hard FC's goal looked a bit too open when Armas Heinola came free, but Frode Brataas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

In the 53rd minute of the match Cheeky Nuts United got a corner. Rock Hard FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Armas Heinola ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Cheeky Nuts United's Armas Heinola to fire away a dangerous shot which Frode Brataas despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When Cheeky Nuts United's Fabian Lundberg in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rock Hard FC's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabian Lundberg in the 59th minute of play forced Rock Hard FC's goalkeeper Frode Brataas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Frode Brataas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jiang Sha Lei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jiang Sha Lei in the 60th minute of play forced Rock Hard FC's goalkeeper Frode Brataas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Fabian Lundberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. After 75 minutes, Henrik Rakvåg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cheeky Nuts United and the Rock Hard FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 78 minutes into the match, Rock Hard FC's goal looked a bit too open when Armas Heinola came free, but Frode Brataas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armas Heinola in the 78th minute of play forced Rock Hard FC's goalkeeper Frode Brataas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Armas Heinola's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Frode Brataas was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. After 87 minutes of play, Cheeky Nuts United's Fabian Lundberg made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Frode Brataas was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 95th minute Fabian Lundberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frode Brataas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabian Lundberg in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Frode Brataas saved Rock Hard FC from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Cheeky Nuts United had won after a very even match.
