Frode Brataas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Armas Heinola went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 28 minutes into the match, Rock Hard FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fabian Lundberg came free, but Frode Brataas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. But to his dismay, Fabian Lundberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gaute Prytz made a kick off. Fabian Lundberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jiang Sha Lei got free with Frode Brataas in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Rock Hard FC's zone, Sondre Kråkenes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Frode Brataas came out of the goal and Sondre Kråkenes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 60 minutes into the match, Jiang Sha Lei notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of Rock Hard FC's Frode Brataas. Frode Brataas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With his leg Frode Brataas managed to avoid a goal in the 64thth minute, when Cheeky Nuts United's Armas Heinola fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Cheeky Nuts United's Fabian Lundberg in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Armas Heinola was slow to take the kick. During this time Cheeky Nuts United's players had a chance to rest. In the 80th match minute, Cheeky Nuts United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stian Systad to maneuver through the defense. Frode Brataas made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Armas Heinola sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Cheeky Nuts United getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Sondre Kråkenes hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Rock Hard FC defense, Armas Heinola kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Frode Brataas. The Rock Hard FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Frode Brataas should have stopped the shot. 90 minutes into the match, Sondre Kråkenes notched a goal, 2-7, to the right of Rock Hard FC's Frode Brataas. Frode Brataas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cheeky Nuts United's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
