Santo Lluterio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oscar Passet having to interfere. Silvano Arnau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Gorbea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Maximo Frisco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Santo Lluterio got free with Oscar Passet in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Maximo Frisco made a kick off. Oscar Passet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximo Frisco in the 51st minute of play. Sebastian Gorbea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Silvano Arnau made a huge save. In the 55th minute Faustino Abella shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oscar Passet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oscar Passet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Faustino Abella in the 57th minute of the match. In the 59th minute Jacobo Roldanillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oscar Passet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
