Pepe Santoro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pepe Santoro made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when David Odilon sent off a good shot on target. Epifanio Serafo's late challenge caught a INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Epifanio Serafo helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Rejunte de perros's Epifanio Serafo got a free kick in the 16th minute. After 18 played minutes Rejunte de perros got a freekick which was hit by Ruben Tohias. INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB's Pepe Santoro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Odilon in the 21st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Odilon in the 22nd minute of play forced INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB's goalkeeper Pepe Santoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pepe Santoro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Odilon in the 24th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Rejunte de perros's David Odilon slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pepe Santoro. That made the score 1-0 after 25 minutes of play. In the 28th minute, David Odilon reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Pepe Santoro. The goal made the score 2-0. 35 minutes into the game, Epifanio Serafo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Pepe Santoro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 39th minute, David Odilon reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Pepe Santoro. The goal made the score 4-0. After 45 played minutes INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB got a freekick which was hit by Ermegildo Neron. Epifanio Serafo struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Pepe Santoro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rejunte de perros. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Angelo Indar to strike the kick off in the second half. Pepe Santoro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelo Indar, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Alejo Eleder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 63rd minute, Angelo Indar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rejunte de perros fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Albano Bemabe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alejo Eleder in the 71st minute. Pepe Santoro came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Rejunte de perros's Angelo Indar. But to his dismay, Angelo Indar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. In the 83rd minute Oscar Solustiano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albano Bemabe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Angelo Indar in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pepe Santoro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Angelo Indar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pepe Santoro was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alejo Eleder in the 91st minute of play forced Rejunte de perros's goalkeeper Albano Bemabe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oscar Solustiano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Albano Bemabe made a huge save. In the 97th minute Alejo Eleder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albano Bemabe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Many of INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB may have spent more time on the ball, but Rejunte de perros were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
