Racing Club【LBF】's Marcelo Eufemio tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Antonio Roma showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lisandro Lopez, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lisandro Lopez in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Antonio Roma saved CA Boca Jrs MdP from getting behind. CA Boca Jrs MdP's Antonio Roma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lisandro Lopez in the 22nd minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

An unexpected shot in the 80th minute by Federico Orlanda got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 86th minute Lisandro Lopez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Roma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Sergio-Daniel Martinez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Racing Club【LBF】 getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Jaime Cordero hit a great ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The CA Boca Jrs MdP fans cheered their team off the field, for while Racing Club【LBF】 had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
