Bruno Stanislao's late challenge caught a Gimnasia y tiro's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bruno Stanislao helped the player get up and apologised. In the 4th minute, Bruno Stanislao hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Arixo in the 8th minute of play forced KYRA FC's goalkeeper Aristides Transito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aristides Transito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Mingo in the 10th minute of play. When Eduardo Lehior fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gimnasia y tiro's protests and gave Eduardo Lehior a yellow card for diving instead. Eduardo Lehior kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. KYRA FC's Aristides Transito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardo Mingo in the 15th minute of play. Aristides Transito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Arixo in the 16th minute of the match. In the 18th match minute, Gimnasia y tiro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardo Mingo to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of KYRA FC booed when Gimnasia y tiro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jairo Azeari didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, KYRA FC's Vladimiro Gaur got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Hilario Ubendu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alonzo Baristo in the 25th minute of the match. In the 35th minute, Miguel Arixo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gimnasia y tiro fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Gimnasia y tiro's Miguel Arixo got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 46 minutes into the match, Miguel Arixo notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of KYRA FC's Aristides Transito. Aristides Transito was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vladimiro Gaur stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Miguel Arixo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gimnasia y tiro's supporters rose to their feet, but Miguel Arixo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aristides Transito breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 66th minute, Marco Cutberto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hilario Ubendu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alonzo Baristo, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. 70 minutes into the match, Bernardo Mingo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Aristides Transito, 0-5. Miguel Arixo struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Aristides Transito didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gimnasia y tiro. If Teodoro Aznaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aristides Transito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Arixo, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Aristides Transito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Arixo in the 81st minute of the match. The supporters of Gimnasia y tiro booed when KYRA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victorino Viator didn't get a good kick on the ball. Miguel Arixo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aristides Transito came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Gimnasia y tiro's Bernardo Mingo. But to his dismay, Bernardo Mingo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. When the match was over Gimnasia y tiro could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than KYRA FC throughout the match.
