Spectators: 145 (Terracing: 110, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Juninho Pernambucano kicked off to start the match. Serafin Romelio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benji Price having to interfere. With a little luck, La Gallardeta's Oscar Loreto got control of the ball when Edgard Quintun tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 16 minutes, Juninho Pernambucano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Newpi Academy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Juninho Pernambucano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Oscar Loreto was a little too slow when Juninho Pernambucano got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 20th minute. The score was now 2-0. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind La Gallardeta's goalkeeper Oscar Loreto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, La Gallardeta's Pedro Isias got a free kick in the 26th minute. In the 27thth minute of the game Juninho Pernambucano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La Gallardeta's Oscar Loreto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 28th match minute, La Gallardeta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Isias to maneuver through the defense. When Edgard Quintun came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Newpi Academy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edgard Quintun couldn't finish the play. Oscar Loreto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juninho Pernambucano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 35 minutes into the game, Juninho Pernambucano lined in a short shot 3-0 behind a frustrated Oscar Loreto. 38 minutes into the match, Juninho Pernambucano dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Oscar Loreto, 4-0. 43 minutes into the match, Juninho Pernambucano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Oscar Loreto. La Gallardeta's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Juninho Pernambucano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0.

When Maximino Eguerdi fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Newpi Academy's protests and gave Maximino Eguerdi a yellow card for diving instead. In the 51st match minute, Newpi Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximino Eguerdi to maneuver through the defense. Miguel Birila recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 53rd minute, Edgard Quintun ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Oscar Loreto was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. After 57th play minutes Juninho Pernambucano shot 7-0, a short shot which went by Oscar Loreto and just under the crossbar into goal. Juninho Pernambucano scored 8-0 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Oscar Loreto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 62 played minutes La Gallardeta got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Birila. Juninho Pernambucano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Oscar Loreto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juninho Pernambucano in the 70th minute of the match. In the 73rd minute Victoriano Burutzagi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oscar Loreto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maximino Eguerdi got his second yellow card in the match during the 77th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 78 played minutes Newpi Academy got a freekick which was hit by Maximino Eguerdi. Miguel Birila could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Benji Price made a huge save. Oscar Loreto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgard Quintun in the 87th minute of the match. During the 87th minute of the match Pedro Isias completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Pedro Isias a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 88 played minutes La Gallardeta got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Isias. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Maximiliano Santiago managed to get in a good position for a shot. Newpi Academy's supporters rose to their feet, but Maximiliano Santiago was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oscar Loreto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Edgard Quintun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 94th minute, Maximiliano Santiago got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. There was no doubt that Newpi Academy were the better team. Newpi Academy's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
