After some careless play in the Cardo Ruso Cordobés defense, Mónico Geller kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aureliano Louis. The Cardo Ruso Cordobés fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aureliano Louis should have stopped the shot. Cardo Ruso Cordobés's Aureliano Louis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mónico Geller in the 12th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Mārtiņs Palermo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Agustin Orion was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. After 14 minutes, Mario Silviano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the San Lorenzo de Sarandi and the Cardo Ruso Cordobés players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 14 played minutes San Lorenzo de Sarandi got a freekick which was hit by Mario Silviano. Mónico Geller took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aureliano Louis. Aureliano Louis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Mónico Geller recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Mónico Geller came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the San Lorenzo de Sarandi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mónico Geller couldn't finish the play. With an all-out effort, Cardo Ruso Cordobés's Agustin Orion threw himself towards the right post 33 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mārtiņs Palermo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Agustin Orion made an important save on a dangerous shot by Juan Nieves in the 36th minute. In the 37th minute Mónico Geller shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aureliano Louis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Delmar Abar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Aureliano Louis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Delmar Abar in the 40th minute of play forced Cardo Ruso Cordobés's goalkeeper Aureliano Louis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aureliano Louis came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Mónico Geller. But to his dismay, Mónico Geller quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. The Cardo Ruso Cordobés players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. San Lorenzo de Sarandi were winning 0-5.

The crowd rose to their feet as San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Mónico Geller slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Aureliano Louis. That made the score 0-6 after 51 minutes of play. Cardo Ruso Cordobés's Aureliano Louis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mónico Geller in the 55th minute of play. Mónico Geller in the 62ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Aureliano Louis, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Cardo Ruso Cordobés made a substitution. Emiliano Curcio replaced Cesar Salamon. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elvio Richie in the 74th minute of play forced San Lorenzo de Sarandi's goalkeeper Agustin Orion to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paolo Gilen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aureliano Louis having to make a save. Agustin Orion took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Nieves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Paolo Gilen got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. San Lorenzo de Sarandi made a substitution. Leo Acuña replaced Delmar Abar. Aureliano Louis didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 86th minute, which inside left pole to 0-8. Aureliano Louis was out of position in the 89 minute of play, and Paolo Gilen capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Paolo Gilen really showed his touch with that goal: 0-9. Paolo Gilen kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. The supporters of Cardo Ruso Cordobés booed when San Lorenzo de Sarandi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Maria didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 95th minute of the match Alejandro Gauargi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Agustin Orion skillfully saved the ball.
