Cardo Ruso Cordobés's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Aureliano Louis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juninho Pernambucano in the 9th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, Newpi Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Mārtiņs Palermo came free, but Benji Price reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 15 played minutes Cardo Ruso Cordobés got a freekick which was hit by Joel Fidele. Newpi Academy's Clemente Neron got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Juninho Pernambucano in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aureliano Louis saved Cardo Ruso Cordobés from getting behind. Clemente Neron kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Joel Fidele fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benji Price having to interfere. In the 32ndth minute of the game Juninho Pernambucano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cardo Ruso Cordobés's Aureliano Louis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Clemente Neron kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Aureliano Louis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Juninho Pernambucano went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. The Cardo Ruso Cordobés players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Newpi Academy were winning 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mārtiņs Palermo made a kick off. A collision led to Newpi Academy getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Edgard Quintun hit a great ball. In the 66th minute, Victor Denver hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cardo Ruso Cordobés's Ambrosio Ilazki was substituted for Anier Ciceron. Victor Denver kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Alejandro Gauargi kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Lázaro Librado kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. 85 minutes into the game, Juninho Pernambucano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Newpi Academy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cardo Ruso Cordobés the free kick. In the 85th match minute, Newpi Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juninho Pernambucano to maneuver through the defense. In the 88th minute Ruperto Innocenzio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benji Price saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rolando Reynardo kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mārtiņs Palermo in the 96th minute of play forced Newpi Academy's goalkeeper Benji Price to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Cardo Ruso Cordobés fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Newpi Academy were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
