With an all-out effort, Municipales FC's Salim Adas threw himself towards the right post 13 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Erasmo Paulin, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 15 minutes into the match, De Boedo Vengo's goalkeeper Salim Adas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erasmo Paulin. 15 minutes into the match, Erasmo Paulin dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Salim Adas, 1-1. Apolo Ted took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teobaldo Fertus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Municipales FC getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Esteve Nicholas hit a great ball. In the 24thth minute of the game Erasmo Paulin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but De Boedo Vengo's Salim Adas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 27 played minutes Municipales FC got a freekick which was hit by Esteve Nicholas. Apolo Ted showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fulgencio Lalla in the 30th minute of the match. In the 36th minute, Tomás Bihar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 37 minutes of play, De Boedo Vengo's Gino Custódio made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Apolo Ted was left in no man's land by his defense there! Apolo Ted didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gino Custódio went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Apolo Ted showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romeo Urtungo in the 44th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teobaldo Fertus in the 46th minute of play forced Municipales FC's goalkeeper Apolo Ted to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th minute Fulgencio Lalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Apolo Ted saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half De Boedo Vengo were leading 2-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The crowd rose to their feet as Gino Custódio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Apolo Ted. That made the score 2-4 in the 52 minute of play. Apolo Ted took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gino Custódio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Apolo Ted was out of position in the 56 minute of play, and Gino Custódio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gino Custódio really showed his touch with that goal: 2-5. In the 62nd minute, De Boedo Vengo's Fulgencio Lalla ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Apolo Ted. Apolo Ted yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-6. The supporters of De Boedo Vengo booed when Municipales FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erasmo Paulin didn't get a good kick on the ball. 67 minutes into the match, Municipales FC's goalkeeper Apolo Ted had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Romeo Urtungo. Municipales FC's Apolo Ted played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gino Custódio in the 69th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Gino Custódio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Apolo Ted. That made the score 2-7 in the 73 minute of play. Apolo Ted made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fulgencio Lalla in the 85th minute. Fulgencio Lalla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Apolo Ted made a huge save. After 89 played minutes De Boedo Vengo got a freekick which was hit by Fulgencio Lalla. 92 minutes into the game, Esteve Nicholas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Municipales FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave De Boedo Vengo the free kick. Apolo Ted made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Fulgencio Lalla sent off a good shot on target. When the match was over De Boedo Vengo could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Municipales FC throughout the match.
