Spectators: 144 (Terracing: 109, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Aurelio Rubio started the match with the kick off. Armando Matia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aurelio Rubio went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Gerard López could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Armando Matia made a huge save. In the 11th minute, Aurelio Rubio reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Armando Matia. The goal made the score 2-0. Armando Matia made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Aurelio Rubio sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Amelie FC's Gerard López got a free kick in the 19th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Guido Maties in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nicasio Benino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Armando Matia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aurelio Rubio, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andy Johnson in the 24th minute of play forced Amelie FC's goalkeeper Nicasio Benino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 28 minutes of play, Inter Miami CF's Juan Raúl Riquelme made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nicasio Benino was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 33rdth minute of the game Juan Raúl Riquelme who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Amelie FC's Nicasio Benino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Amelie FC's goal looked a bit too open when Guido Maties came free, but Nicasio Benino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36th minute, António Tinoco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nicasio Benino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julio Errando in the 41st minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Armando Matia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from António Tinoco, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Armando Matia came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Amelie FC's Gerard López. But to his dismay, Gerard López quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. In the 62nd minute, Gösta Harman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Armando Matia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aurelio Rubio in the 65th minute of play. Armando Matia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from António Tinoco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 71stth minute of the game Aurelio Rubio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Inter Miami CF's Armando Matia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nicasio Benino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julio Errando in the 73rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aurelio Rubio in the 74th minute of play forced Inter Miami CF's goalkeeper Armando Matia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Armando Matia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aurelio Rubio, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. After some careless play in the Inter Miami CF defense, Gerard López kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Armando Matia. The Inter Miami CF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Armando Matia should have stopped the shot. Inter Miami CF's Armando Matia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurelio Rubio in the 81st minute of play. Armando Matia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerard López, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
