The audience was convinced that Olli-Pekka Suoste's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Celedonio Saturnin was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. Olli-Pekka Suoste had several of the CACYFA's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 9 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Celedonio Saturnin as he didn't even see the shot coming. Albano Lando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Eugenio Gartxot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Milton Friedman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Celedonio Saturnin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. CACYFA's Celedonio Saturnin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save CACYFA from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rolando Zárate in the 26th minute of play forced Papillon AC's goalkeeper Eugenio Gartxot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute, Olli-Pekka Suoste hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, Papillon AC's Celedonio Saturnin threw himself towards the right post 32 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Olli-Pekka Suoste, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After having played for 36 minutes, Sebastian Driussi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Papillon AC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian Driussi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Celedonio Saturnin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olli-Pekka Suoste in the 39th minute of play. If Olli-Pekka Suoste had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Papillon AC's Eugenio Gartxot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albano Lando in the 45th minute of play. The supporters of CACYFA booed when Papillon AC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexis Mac Allister didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eugenio Gartxot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rolando Zárate in the 46th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Olli-Pekka Suoste stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, CACYFA's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Fernando Quintero came free, but Celedonio Saturnin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Celedonio Saturnin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan Fernando Quintero, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. CACYFA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Papillon AC the free kick. The supporters of Papillon AC booed when CACYFA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bonifacio Salvator didn't get a good kick on the ball. Celedonio Saturnin didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Papillon AC's Olli-Pekka Suoste shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Sebastian Driussi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Papillon AC fans' excitement grew in the 89th match minute when Papillon AC's Olli-Pekka Suoste looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Papillon AC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
