Zacarias Pero stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Siro Menendo's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. After a defensive mix-up in CACYFA's zone, Evelio Manilan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Celedonio Saturnin came out of the goal and Evelio Manilan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 10th minute, Evelio Baristo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saul Itzaina in the 11th minute of play forced Gladiadores's goalkeeper Zacarias Pero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12th match minute, Gladiadores was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudio Iturri to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of CACYFA booed when Gladiadores was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anibal Oroitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zacarias Pero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saul Itzaina in the 22nd minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Teodoro Gonzo notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Gladiadores's Zacarias Pero. Zacarias Pero was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 29 minutes into the game, Evelio Manilan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gladiadores's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CACYFA the free kick. A collision led to Gladiadores getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Florentino Gonchan hit a great ball. 32 minutes into the game, Andres Belasko cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Zacarias Pero was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Zacarias Pero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andres Belasko in the 36th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saul Itzaina in the 39th minute of play forced Gladiadores's goalkeeper Zacarias Pero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gladiadores's Zacarias Pero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Siro Menendo in the 40th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudio Iturri in the 42nd minute of play forced CACYFA's goalkeeper Celedonio Saturnin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to CACYFA getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Severino Eutor hit a great ball. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Evelio Manilan made a kick off. Siro Menendo hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Gladiadores's Gaspar Markel got a free kick in the 53rd minute. 61 minutes into the match, Gladiadores's goal looked a bit too open when Reynaldo Lopes came free, but Zacarias Pero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 62nd minute Bonifacio Salvator shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zacarias Pero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Florentino Gonchan hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. When Siro Menendo came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the CACYFA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Siro Menendo couldn't finish the play. After 68 played minutes Gladiadores got a freekick which was hit by Florentino Gonchan. Evelio Baristo hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Zacarias Pero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andres Belasko, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Gladiadores's Zacarias Pero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Casimiro Isidor in the 75th minute of play. After 78 played minutes CACYFA got a freekick which was hit by Ciro Urbasa. Through an outstanding action, after 84 minutes, Zacarias Pero successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Celedonio Saturnin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio Iturri in the 87th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the game, Andres Belasko recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Zacarias Pero. Andres Belasko showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. Zacarias Pero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodoro Gonzo in the 94th minute of play. In the 96th minute, Teodoro Gonzo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Zacarias Pero. The goal made the score 0-5. CACYFA's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
