Franco Mastantuono who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 28thth minute tested the skills of Mauro Iruinea when he managed to save the team from getting behind. CRIMINAL MAMBO's Franco Mastantuono was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 28th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. 31 minutes into the match, Hernán Crespo notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of CRIMINAL MAMBO's Elvio Pacifico. In the 43rd match minute, CRIMINAL MAMBO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abelardo Sesuldo to maneuver through the defense. If Teofilo Etxatxu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Beto Alonso made the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes of play, DirectorVisual.com's Hernán Crespo made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Elvio Pacifico was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 57th minute, Samuel Domeka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elvio Pacifico made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hernán Crespo in the 61st minute. After a rather tough play, CRIMINAL MAMBO's Severino Elequemedo got a free kick in the 65th minute. After some careless play in the CRIMINAL MAMBO defense, Hernán Crespo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Elvio Pacifico. The CRIMINAL MAMBO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Elvio Pacifico should have stopped the shot. In the 76th minute, Beto Alonso fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Elvio Pacifico, passed just outside the right post. 77 minutes into the match, CRIMINAL MAMBO's goalkeeper Elvio Pacifico had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hernán Crespo.
