In the 30th minute of the match Serafin Lop shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Isidoro Vitin showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Firmat Foot Ball Club's goal looked a bit too open when Serafin Froylan came free, but Isidoro Vitin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Serafin Froylan took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Isidoro Vitin to make any attempt to save it. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Isidoro Vitin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Isidoro Vitin was out of position in the 77 minute of play, and Abelardo Ledesma capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Abelardo Ledesma really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. René Higuita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raimundo Hanni in the 81st minute of the match. With 85 minutes on the clock, Ariel Txurio commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 86 played minutes Firmat Foot Ball Club got a freekick which was hit by Ariel Txurio. 87 minutes into the match, Kaplan's Serafin Lop sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Isidoro Vitin narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
