Cipriano Crescencio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Narciso Corderro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cipriano Crescencio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hector Ferrer's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. If Bernardino Frisco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Hector Ferrer put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Cipriano Crescencio. When Rafael Raymon came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Big Babousa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rafael Raymon couldn't finish the play. In the 30th minute Narciso Corderro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cipriano Crescencio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Big Babousa's Cipriano Crescencio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardino Frisco in the 32nd minute of play. When Atletico Saladillo FC's Hector Ferrer in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Isidoro Regis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauricio Padro in the 48th minute of play. After the first half Atletico Saladillo FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hector Ferrer to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Genaro Porfirio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Isidoro Regis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 55th minute, Mauricio Padro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Isidoro Regis was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Bernardino Frisco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Cipriano Crescencio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Atletico Saladillo FC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Alejandro Endura hit a great ball. When Bernardino Frisco fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Atletico Saladillo FC's protests and gave Bernardino Frisco a yellow card for diving instead. Bernardino Frisco kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. 67 minutes into the match, Atletico Saladillo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Raymon came free, but Isidoro Regis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isidoro Regis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Raymon in the 67th minute of the match. Atletico Saladillo FC's Isidoro Regis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauricio Padro in the 76th minute of play.
