Saturnino Porfirio started the match with the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Saturnino Porfirio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cachiyuyo EAS's supporters rose to their feet, but Saturnino Porfirio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristo Cordara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cristo Cordara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saturnino Porfirio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 12th minute Paulino Bero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnulfo Nataniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 30 minutes of play, Cachiyuyo EAS's Saturnino Porfirio made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cristo Cordara was left in no man's land by his defense there! 34 minutes into the match, La Banda del Tinto's goal looked a bit too open when Saturnino Porfirio came free, but Cristo Cordara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. La Banda del Tinto's Cristo Cordara proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save La Banda del Tinto from getting a goal against them. 37 minutes into the match, Paulino Bero had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arnulfo Nataniel. Cachiyuyo EAS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Paulino Bero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Baldomiro Inocente in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnulfo Nataniel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The throw-in from Eustacio Txindoki in the 42nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by La Banda del Tinto's Fidel Zárate. After 43 played minutes Cachiyuyo EAS got a freekick which was hit by Eustacio Txindoki. When Eugenio Pancho fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cachiyuyo EAS's protests and gave Eugenio Pancho a yellow card for diving instead. Eugenio Pancho kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Fernan Henric kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. Arnulfo Nataniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fidel Zárate in the 49th minute of play. After the first half La Banda del Tinto were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Paulino Bero made the kick off in the second half. The throw-in from Eustacio Txindoki in the 56th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by La Banda del Tinto's Matías Godoy. 60 minutes into the match, Cachiyuyo EAS's goalkeeper Arnulfo Nataniel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Baldomiro Inocente. Luciano Iraido hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. After 64 played minutes Cachiyuyo EAS got a freekick which was hit by Saturnino Porfirio. In the 66th minute, Paulino Bero left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The La Banda del Tinto fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Cachiyuyo EAS's Arnulfo Nataniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulino Bero in the 71st minute of play. Baldomiro Inocente who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 77thth minute tested the skills of Arnulfo Nataniel when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 79 minutes into the match, Paulino Bero dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Arnulfo Nataniel, 1-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angel Quijada in the 81st minute of play forced Cachiyuyo EAS's goalkeeper Arnulfo Nataniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 86thth minute of the game Paulino Bero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cachiyuyo EAS's Arnulfo Nataniel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Arnulfo Nataniel made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Paulino Bero sent off a good shot on target. Eustacio Txindoki kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. La Banda del Tinto played a much better game than Cachiyuyo EAS and deserved their victory. The Cachiyuyo EAS players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
