Ruben Ayala helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to ManagerZone Academy getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Ruben Ayala hit a great ball. In the 8th minute Paulino Bero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Di Bu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th minute, Rolando Argi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 20th minute, Paulino Bero made a precise shot to the right of Di Bu. ManagerZone Academy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After 24 minutes of play ManagerZone Academy's Ruben Ayala was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to ManagerZone Academy getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Ruben Ayala hit a great ball. Di Bu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paulino Bero's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. Natalio Jacob fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristo Cordara having to interfere. Cristo Cordara made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Danilo Martinez sent off a good shot on target. The ManagerZone Academy players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. La Banda del Tinto were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Natalio Jacob was the one to do the kick off. When Paulino Bero came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the La Banda del Tinto fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paulino Bero couldn't finish the play. Cristo Cordara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Natalio Jacob, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 57 minutes La Banda del Tinto's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Natalio Jacob who took care of the corner kick. 60 minutes into the match, ManagerZone Academy's goalkeeper Di Bu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Baldomiro Inocente. Paulino Bero's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Di Bu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. Moises Marcones made in the 68th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by La Banda del Tinto's Rolando Argi. The supporters of ManagerZone Academy booed when La Banda del Tinto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raimundo Tonete didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cristo Cordara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Natalio Jacob, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. In the 75th minute of the match ManagerZone Academy got a corner. La Banda del Tinto's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Natalio Jacob ran over to the corner to take the kick. ManagerZone Academy's Natalio Jacob was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Cristo Cordara in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 85th minute Paulino Bero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Di Bu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When La Banda del Tinto's Paulino Bero in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ManagerZone Academy's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paulino Bero in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Di Bu saved ManagerZone Academy from getting behind. Moises Marcones made in the 89th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Natalio Jacob. In the 92nd minute, La Banda del Tinto's Paulino Bero dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Baldomiro Inocente managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Banda del Tinto's supporters rose to their feet, but Baldomiro Inocente was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Di Bu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. La Banda del Tinto's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
