Lucio Hernandez was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Paulo Ralondo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 18 minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Edgard Heriberto made a precise shot to the right of Artemio Cristofor. Masters United F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Lucio Hernandez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Virgilio Elija, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mauricio Silvanito didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lucio Hernandez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Ralondo in the 36th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Masters United F.C.'s Lucio Hernandez threw himself towards the right post 38 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Paulo Ralondo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Teofilo Chucho's late challenge caught a Nina fc's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teofilo Chucho helped the player get up and apologised. After 41 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Masters United F.C.! In the 46th minute, Felix Ramond got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lucio Hernandez made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Felix Ramond sent off a good shot on target. After the first half Nina fc were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Edgard Heriberto made the kick off in the second half. Arnaldo Dubardo struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Artemio Cristofor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nina fc. In the 63rd minute, Alvaro Eate hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mauricio Silvanito was shown his second yellow card after 65 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After some careless play in the Nina fc defense, Felix Ramond kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lucio Hernandez. The Nina fc fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lucio Hernandez should have stopped the shot. If Arturo Ariando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 78th match minute, Nina fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnaldo Dubardo to maneuver through the defense. When Ciriaco Frederik fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nina fc's protests and gave Ciriaco Frederik a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Nina fc's Ciriaco Frederik got a free kick in the 90th minute. Nina fc's Lucio Hernandez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Ralondo in the 91st minute of play. Arnaldo Dubardo kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Nina fc defense, Felix Ramond kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lucio Hernandez. The Nina fc fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lucio Hernandez should have stopped the shot. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Masters United F.C. had played much better football throughout.
