Chorroarín's German Txema proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Chorroarín from getting a goal against them. Ramiro Nicholas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiburcio Iztal in the 5th minute of play. Ramiro Nicholas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guillermo Berasko in the 7th minute of the match. Eriberto Poncio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramiro Nicholas having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Albano Socorro during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Albano Socorro kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. In the 13th match minute, Chorroarín was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Berasko to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Barrilete Cósmico FC's Albino Astigar got a free kick in the 15th minute. Albino Astigar charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Albino Astigar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 18 played minutes Barrilete Cósmico FC got a freekick which was hit by Albino Astigar. When Tobias Kimetz fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chorroarín's protests and gave Tobias Kimetz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chorroarín's goalkeeper German Txema, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 31 played minutes Barrilete Cósmico FC got a freekick which was hit by Modesto Marques. 32 minutes into the game, Chorroarín's Tiburcio Iztal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ramiro Nicholas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Ramiro Nicholas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guillermo Berasko in the 36th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Guillermo Berasko to strike the kick off in the second half. Lázaro Cesario was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 51 minutes into the match. In the 56th match minute, Chorroarín was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Faustino Atarratze to maneuver through the defense. Barrilete Cósmico FC's Ceferino Dimo got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Chorroarín getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Tiburcio Iztal hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Chorroarín's Gavino Vergaray got a free kick in the 59th minute. After 63 minutes, Isidro Gentza mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Barrilete Cósmico FC and the Chorroarín players grew even worse after the yellow card. Isidro Gentza hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. The long shot by Tiburcio Iztal in the 64th minute really tested Ramiro Nicholas's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 67 minutes into the match, Barrilete Cósmico FC's goalkeeper Ramiro Nicholas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Guillermo Berasko. Ramiro Nicholas was a little too slow when Tiburcio Iztal got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 70th minute. The score was now 0-3. The supporters of Chorroarín booed when Barrilete Cósmico FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ceferino Dimo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Barrilete Cósmico FC's zone, Guillermo Berasko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ramiro Nicholas came out of the goal and Guillermo Berasko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Chorroarín's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
