With a little luck, C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's Silvio Benino got control of the ball when Evaristo Jago tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jessie Nangam got free with Silvio Benino in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sotiris Vergos to make the kick off. Higinio Cordeara's late challenge caught a C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Higinio Cordeara helped the player get up and apologised. After 55 played minutes Branco FC got a freekick which was hit by Higinio Cordeara. A hard shot by Eugenio Peio from long distance, 56 minutes into the match, got Esteban Iigo's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Silvio Benino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ludomil Gargasz in the 57th minute of play.
