Milferio's Ruperto Cresenciano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Blasco in the 15th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Albino Vasco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Milferio's supporters rose to their feet, but Albino Vasco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alonzo Cresconio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Marcos Blasco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 21st minute, Dalmacio Romelio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alonzo Cresconio was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. In the 25th minute, Dalmacio Romelio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Milferio fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Alonzo Cresconio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dalmacio Romelio, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Milferio's Gaston Fagondo was substituted for Mario Bernabel. Sporting Club Victoria's Alonzo Cresconio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Sporting Club Victoria from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Sporting Club Victoria's Alonzo Cresconio got control of the ball when Rodolfo Páez tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Sporting Club Victoria defense, Gaston Fagondo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alonzo Cresconio.
