Eulalio Jakes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gavino Egoi in the 42nd minute of the match. When Nestor Gasteiz fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La Ballenera's protests and gave Nestor Gasteiz a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Cable a Tierra booed when La Ballenera was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nestor Gasteiz didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to La Ballenera getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Nestor Gasteiz hit a great ball. Narciso Bertassi struck a weak shot in the 46th minute.
