Pascual Transito didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Severo Tono went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristo Ruy in the 18th minute of play forced Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's goalkeeper Francesco Toldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th match minute, Rosario Central FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diego Txaran to maneuver through the defense. 28 minutes into the game, Gabriel-Omar Lewandowski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Pascual Transito was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Santiago Raymon came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Rosario Central FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Santiago Raymon couldn't finish the play. When Rosario Central FC's Cristo Ruy in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. But to his dismay, Gabriel-Omar Lewandowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. 44 minutes into the game, Arsenio Paez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rosario Central FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Resurrección Diabólica Ψ the free kick. In the 44th minute, Arsenio Paez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gabriel-Omar Lewandowski during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gabriel-Omar Lewandowski kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Diego Txaran took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 46th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Francesco Toldo. Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Severo Tono stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gaston Mendebal charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gaston Mendebal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rosario Central FC's Pascual Transito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel-Omar Lewandowski in the 58th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristo Ruy in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Francesco Toldo saved Resurrección Diabólica Ψ from getting behind. Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's Francesco Toldo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Resurrección Diabólica Ψ from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Rosario Central FC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Paulo Precioso hit a great ball. Francesco Toldo made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Aureliano Malvin sent off a good shot on target. Rosario Central FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Severo Tono was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Resurrección Diabólica Ψ made a substitution. Luli Lucifer replaced Epifanio Cristos. Serafin Bortzaioriz hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Rosario Central FC's Virgilio Ishmael shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 78th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Francesco Toldo but with some difficulty. In the 83rd minute, Gabriel-Omar Lewandowski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pascual Transito was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Filiberto Etxahun took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pascual Transito. Pascual Transito dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
