Jesus Arias charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jesus Arias the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 3rd minute, Jesus Arias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Profecías de Parravicini booed when La Candela FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Javier Ondino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Desiderio Servando didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amadeo Su succeeded in the game's 12th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. Santo Tohias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amadeo Su in the 15th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 17 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Amancio Abancens sped through Profecías de Parravicini's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Santo Tohias. Fulgencio Berto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Santo Tohias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 23 minutes, Desiderio Servando mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Profecías de Parravicini and the La Candela FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Profecías de Parravicini's Desiderio Servando got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Fulgencio Berto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Santo Tohias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Santo Tohias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amadeo Su, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. 28 minutes into the match, Profecías de Parravicini's goal looked a bit too open when Amancio Abancens came free, but Santo Tohias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amancio Abancens's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Santo Tohias read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. Amancio Abancens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Santo Tohias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amadeo Su sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Profecías de Parravicini defense, Fulgencio Berto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Santo Tohias. The Profecías de Parravicini fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Santo Tohias should have stopped the shot. 39 minutes into the match, Profecías de Parravicini's goal looked a bit too open when Fulgencio Berto came free, but Santo Tohias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fulgencio Berto struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Santo Tohias didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Candela FC. After 42 minutes of play, La Candela FC's Tiburcio Bonadona made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Santo Tohias was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Amancio Abancens to make the kick off. When the match clock showed 53 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Amancio Abancens sped through Profecías de Parravicini's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Santo Tohias. La Candela FC's Fulgencio Berto got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Santo Tohias was out of position in the 58 minute of play, and Fulgencio Berto capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Fulgencio Berto really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. 61 minutes into the match, Fulgencio Berto notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of Profecías de Parravicini's Santo Tohias. Santo Tohias was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Amadeo Su sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Santo Tohias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amancio Abancens in the 66th minute of the match. 68 minutes into the game, Amancio Abancens recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Santo Tohias. Amancio Abancens showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. Santo Tohias made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amadeo Su in the 72nd minute. If Amadeo Su had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 0-9 became the score in the 84th minute when Amancio Abancens elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Santo Tohias came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by La Candela FC's Amancio Abancens. But to his dismay, Amancio Abancens quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-10. A collision led to La Candela FC getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Fulgencio Berto hit a great ball. 92 minutes into the match, La Candela FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ruben Estebano came free, but Benigno Guillem reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amadeo Su recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. La Candela FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
