Despidida AFC's Filomeno Hodei got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 7 minutes into the match, Filomeno Hodei dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Roman Montez, 1-0. 11 minutes into the match, Villa Mitre's goal looked a bit too open when Filomeno Hodei came free, but Roman Montez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Despidida AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Atila Eduardov in the 12th minute. In the 13th match minute, Despidida AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gringo Atila to maneuver through the defense. Omar Franco took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 14th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Baldomero Asteri. Despidida AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 15th minute, Leonel Maureo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leandro Gabirel charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leandro Gabirel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Albino Argider received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Roman Montez came out and tried to block the shot, but Albino Argider slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 17th minute. After 23 played minutes Filomeno Hodei could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 3-0 into the left cross. The Despidida AFC fans' excitement grew in the 27th match minute when Despidida AFC's Filomeno Hodei looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 29thth minute of the game Filomeno Hodei who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Villa Mitre's Roman Montez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Elpidio Jorrin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Montez having to interfere. When the match clock showed 34 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Albino Argider sped through Villa Mitre's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Roman Montez. 37 minutes into the game, Albino Argider cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Roman Montez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Roman Montez made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Filomeno Hodei sent off a good shot on target. Filomeno Hodei had several of the Villa Mitre's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 45 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 8-0 score and a disappointed Roman Montez as he didn't even see the shot coming. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 8-0.

Filomeno Hodei took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roman Montez. Roman Montez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. 55 minutes into the match, Villa Mitre's goal looked a bit too open when Filomeno Hodei came free, but Roman Montez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Filomeno Hodei in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roman Montez saved Villa Mitre from getting behind. Filomeno Hodei succeeded in the game's 60th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 10-0. When the match had gone on for 68 minutes, Filomeno Hodei put it in 12-0 from a short distance just to the right of Roman Montez. The audience was convinced that Filomeno Hodei's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Roman Montez was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. Roman Montez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filomeno Hodei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filomeno Hodei in the 94th minute of play forced Villa Mitre's goalkeeper Roman Montez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Despidida AFC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
