The audience was convinced that Fermin Tauro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Prospero Playo was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. Ermegildo Bartolome kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, Prudencio Claude had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tomás Bertran. Devoto club social's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Prudencio Claude was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Prospero Playo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 26 minutes into the match, Devoto club social's goalkeeper Tomás Bertran had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Moises Orti. In the 27th minute, Trocha Media FC's Emiliano Ofelio dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emiliano Ofelio in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tomás Bertran saved Devoto club social from getting behind. Silvestre Hustaz kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mart Palermo in the 33rd minute of play forced Trocha Media FC's goalkeeper Prospero Playo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Devoto club social fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tomás Bertran should have stopped the shot. In the 46th minute Emiliano Ofelio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomás Bertran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mart Palermo hit a great ball. 61 minutes into the game, one of Devoto club social:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Tomás Bertran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moises Orti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 65th minute, Emiliano Ofelio made a precise shot to the right of Tomás Bertran. Devoto club social's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. 68 minutes into the game, Prudencio Claude cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-0. Tomás Bertran was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Prudencio Claude kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Adolfo Gizon scored 11-0 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tomás Bertran, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Adolfo Gizon's late challenge caught a Devoto club social's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
