Rondeau's Domingos Mambru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jimeno Pitin in the 22nd minute of play. Armando Fidele scored 1-2 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Domingos Mambru, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 26th minute, Jimeno Pitin made a precise shot to the right of Domingos Mambru. Rondeau's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. In the 31st minute Armando Fidele shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domingos Mambru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jimeno Pitin struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Domingos Mambru didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Celtic FC. A collision led to Rondeau getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Teodosio Primeiro hit a great ball. Jimeno Pitin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Rondeau's zone, Armando Fidele stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Domingos Mambru came out of the goal and Armando Fidele tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Julio Ekialde made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Celtic FC's goal looked a bit too open when Teodosio Primeiro came free, but Angelo Quico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 51st minute, Teodosio Primeiro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rondeau fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. Jimeno Pitins short, quick shot in the 61stth minute got Domingos Mambru to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Celtic FC's Angelo Quico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateo Cutberto in the 63rd minute of play. Rondeau's Domingos Mambru proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Rondeau from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Fidele in the 81st minute of play forced Rondeau's goalkeeper Domingos Mambru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jimeno Pitin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Domingos Mambru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Celtic FC's Cirilo Mendiko got a free kick in the 86th minute. The Celtic FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Celtic FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
