La Herradura FC's Cleto Goiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sixto Jurgi in the 3rd minute of play. Cleto Goiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Urki Veraza in the 4th minute of the match. If Alvaro Montrell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Urki Veraza was extremely unlucky when he, in the 7th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Cristian Gau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leo Platon in the 7th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carter Boyd in the 9th minute of play forced Copérnico F.C.'s goalkeeper Cristian Gau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cleto Goiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvaro Montrell in the 11th minute of the match. Cristian Gau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carter Boyd in the 14th minute of play. After 16 played minutes Copérnico F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Hermengildo Cordeal. A collision led to La Herradura FC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Leo Platon hit a great ball. Sixto Jurgi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Cleto Goiz made a huge save. In the 21st minute of the match, Sixto Jurgi got a very nice opportunity to score, but Cleto Goiz was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 28th minute, Sixto Jurgi made a precise shot to the right of Cleto Goiz. La Herradura FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Asopos Katsiavrias in the 31st minute of play forced La Herradura FC's goalkeeper Cleto Goiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cleto Goiz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sixto Jurgi in the 33rd minute. Sixto Jurgi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cleto Goiz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Alvaro Montrell could shoot a difficult shot in the 39th minute, which Cleto Goiz however easily saved by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carter Boyd in the 45th minute of play forced Copérnico F.C.'s goalkeeper Cristian Gau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 46 played minutes La Herradura FC got a freekick which was hit by Ladislao Jaunti. 46 minutes into the match, La Herradura FC's goalkeeper Cleto Goiz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paulino Ledesma.

Copérnico F.C.'s Antonio Ramos was substituted for Ariel Ostots. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Clemente Erdiano to strike the kick off in the second half. Cristian Gau made an important save on a dangerous shot by Clemente Erdiano in the 52nd minute. After some careless play in the La Herradura FC defense, Alvaro Montrell kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cleto Goiz. The La Herradura FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cleto Goiz should have stopped the shot. In the 59th minute Leo Platon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Gau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Copérnico F.C.'s Kılıç Şafak was substituted for Urki Veraza. After a rather tough play, La Herradura FC's Ladislao Jaunti got a free kick in the 64th minute. Copérnico F.C.'s Paulino Ledesma couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 64th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for La Herradura FC. After some careless play in the La Herradura FC defense, Alberto Tello kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cleto Goiz. The La Herradura FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cleto Goiz should have stopped the shot. In the 70th minute Alvaro Montrell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cleto Goiz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 72 minutes, Carter Boyd mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La Herradura FC and the Copérnico F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 88th minute, Kılıç Şafak ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cleto Goiz was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-1. Cleto Goiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Cristian Gau managed to avoid a goal in the 95thth minute, when La Herradura FC's Clemente Erdiano fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Copérnico F.C. fans cheered their team off the field, for while La Herradura FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
