The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 5 minutes, Arsenio Jeraldo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Diablofaryd F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Arsenio Jeraldo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 12th minute, CA Twister Rodríguez's Laureano Tabor ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jimeno Rolado. Jimeno Rolado yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. The supporters of Diablofaryd F.C. booed when CA Twister Rodríguez was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacinto Inguma didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Diablofaryd F.C.'s Victoriano Abadie got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Matias Fidensio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elpidio Dolfo's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. Jimeno Rolado came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by CA Twister Rodríguez's Albino Eutropio. But to his dismay, Albino Eutropio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Elpidio Dolfo in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Matias Fidensio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Laureano Tabor's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 36thth minute, Jimeno Rolado skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 42 minutes into the match, Laureano Tabor dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jimeno Rolado, 3-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 54th minute Elpidio Dolfo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matias Fidensio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elpidio Dolfo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 64thth minute tested the skills of Matias Fidensio when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Albino Eutropio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 70 minutes, Albino Eutropio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CA Twister Rodríguez's supporters crossed their fingers, but Albino Eutropio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee ignored Diablofaryd F.C.'s protests and gave Placido Afonso a yellow card for diving instead. In the 88th match minute, Diablofaryd F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Placido Afonso to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. CA Twister Rodríguez had won after a very even match.
