The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Miguel Borja to make the kick off. Ceferino Hever fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prospero Maju having to interfere. The corner ended in Cosme Mendebal almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but C A U's Feliberto Gonsalvo did a great save. The Gallardo y Biscay FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented C A U from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
