After some careless play in the Alpachiri AFC defense, Melchor Ondino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Valentin Felipo. The Alpachiri AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Valentin Felipo should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Melchor Ondino got free with Valentin Felipo in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With his leg Valentin Felipo managed to avoid a goal in the 28thth minute, when Cremonese's Prudencio Ostargi fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The crowd rose to their feet as Cremonese's Melchor Ondino slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Valentin Felipo. That made the score 3-1 after 33 minutes of play. 37 minutes into the game, Cremonese's Prudencio Ostargi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Valentin Felipo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Horacio Vitin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rolando Lon in the 43rd minute of play. 48 minutes into the match, Alpachiri AFC's goalkeeper Valentin Felipo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Prudencio Ostargi. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

In the 52nd minute, Melchor Ondino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net.
