The referee showed Eder Sarro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 8 played minutes Los Gallos got a freekick which was hit by Eder Sarro. In the 12th minute Vladimiro Jerold shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Crişan Taffarel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Ciclista FC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Amador Francesco hit a great ball. Dario Benedetto's late challenge caught a Los Gallos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dario Benedetto helped the player get up and apologised. Dario Benedetto kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. In the 18th minute of the match Gaston Gar shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Crişan Taffarel showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vladimiro Jerold in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Crişan Taffarel saved Ciclista FC from getting behind. Crişan Taffarel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vladimiro Jerold, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. In the 35th minute Vladimiro Jerold shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Crişan Taffarel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37th minute, Vladimiro Jerold left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Los Gallos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vladimiro Jerold was the one to do the kick off. Ciclista FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 60th minute, when Vladimiro Jerold scored to the left of an out of position Crişan Taffarel, making the score, 0-2. In the 63rd minute, Ciclista FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Eder Sarro fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 67 minutes into the game, Los Gallos's Vladimiro Jerold nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Crişan Taffarel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Vladimiro Jerold struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Crişan Taffarel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Gallos. Anacleto Horado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lv Ang Si in the 73rd minute of the match. After 76 played minutes Ciclista FC got a freekick which was hit by Isidro Cordara. In the 85th minute, Vladimiro Jerold ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Crişan Taffarel was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. In the 88thth minute of the game Vladimiro Jerold who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ciclista FC's Crişan Taffarel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Los Gallos booed when Ciclista FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lv Ang Si didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 90th minute of the match Eder Sarro shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Crişan Taffarel showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 93rd minute, Isidro Cordara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Los Gallos walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
